Which will give your managers just enough time to forget during your evaluation that you had a promotion and you will receive an insulting increase if anything at all. Even if you are promoted and recieve a title change and are doing the work you will not recieve an increase until the next coming year. You will be offered a low ball amount despite your years of experience.Ī. However, If you are desperate proceed with caution before you accept a role within this company and keep these things in mind.
